Michael Hess has been in agricultural business for over 20 years. He worked for many years in various marketing and sales functions until he took over as Sales Manager Crop Protection Germany and Austria at BASF in 2000. From 2007 Michael Hess worked in European marketing until he moved to Prague in June 2009 as Head of Central Europe, where he was responsible for BASF's crop protectionbusiness in 14 countries.
